Lisa Holt
President

Lisa is the franchise owner of two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Morgantown West Virginia.

Lisa previously served on the Board of Directors at Chestnut Mountain Ranch before serving on the Foundation board of directors for the Ranch. She has been involved with the Ranch since 2006.

Lisa is married to Craig Holt and has an 11-year-old son named Jacob. She is a native of Bridgeport, West Virginia and graduated from Bridgeport High School. Lisa has two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Business Management and the other in Marketing, both from Fairmont State.


Kent McBridge, MS, DDS
Board Secretary

Dr. McBride is a partner in MMS Endodontics and Periodontics, a multi-location dental specialty group. He is also involved with other successful businesses as a founder and partner. These include Meridian Dental Specialists and North American Dental Group.

Kent has been involved in Chestnut Mountain Ranch in various capacities since its inception including serving on the Ranch board before becoming secretary of the foundation board.

Kent was raised in Petersburg, West Virginia and lives in Morgantown with his wife, Sarah, and their three boys Cole, Cooper, and Hudson.

Kent attended West Virginia University for undergraduate, dental school, and his residency in endodontics.


Brent Wilmoth
Treasurer

Brent has worked diligently since 1999 helping individuals, families, and businesses as a Retirement Planning Specialist for Equitable Advisors. He is in the financial planning industry to help people in his community develop a financial mindset of saving for the future, building long-lasting client relationships based on this principle. In addition to making the most out of retirement programs, he believes it is important to take a holistic approach to financial planning. It gives Brent great satisfaction to know that the advice he provides his clients with allows them to have the financial means and freedom they need for every phase in life.

Brent is a member of the Equitable Hall of Fame and has earned many other accolades, recognitions, and awards throughout his years in the financial industry. Brent attends the Wharton School of Business annually for his Retirement Planning Specialist certification and recently completed the Asset Allocation and Wealth Management Strategies advanced learning curriculum at the Harvard Institute.

Brent’s dedication to his clients has led to his success, which allows him to be of service to his community in many different ways. Brent resides in the Smithtown Community of Monongalia County with his wife, Deedee, and their son Brody. After Brody spent thirteen weeks in the NICU at WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital, Brent made fundraising for the organization a priority. He is the resident host of the Grand Bash benefitting WVU Medicine Children’s Hospital and served as the Chair for WVU Medicine Children’s State of Minds Capital Campaign where he led his team to reach the $25 million goal.

Brent served for many years as the Chairman of the Board for Chestnut Mountain Ranch.


Timothy R. Linkous, Esq.

Tim is the Managing Member, Founder, and Owner of Linkous Law, PLLC. He is an experienced litigator who routinely defends complex litigation and catastrophic injury cases. His experience covers many issues including, but not limited to, medical professional negligence; personal injury defense; insurance bad faith and coverage disputes; litigation involving contractors; farm litigation; product liability; and employment litigation. He also defends physicians, dentists, nurses, and other health care providers in complaints filed with their licensing Boards.

Tim regularly speaks to physicians and other groups regarding medical malpractice and risk management. Additionally, he provides legal consultation and other services for his health care clients to manage risk in their practices and with respect to electronic medical records.

Tim was previously the Managing Member of the Morgantown office of Shuman, McCuskey & Slicer, PLLC. He also served as a lawyer at Colombo & Stuhr, PLLC.

Tim has performed volunteer work for numerous charitable organizations, including, but not limited to, United Aquatic Club, Club Mountaineer Swim Club, Morgantown North Rotary Club, and Morgantown High School Foundation. He also volunteers as a Moot Court Judge at the West Virginia University College of Law.

Tim and his wife, Kendra, have four children, and they are active in Kingdom EMC. He and his family avidly engage in outdoor activities, including hiking, hunting, fishing, and farm work.

Tim received his BA in Political Science from Dennison University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the West Virginia University College of Law.


James L. Laurita Jr.

Jim has been serving as a staff member at Chestnut Mountain Ranch as the Operations Director, and Director of Development since March 2018.

Prior to joining the Ranch, Jim had a 40-year career in the energy industries in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and was the visionary and founder of the Mepco/Longview mine mouth power plant in Morgantown, West Virginia. This plant is regarded as one of the cleanest and most efficient coal fired power plants in the world. It is still the largest capital project ever built in West Virginia. Jim managed a staff of 700 employees as CEO of Mepco and Director of Longview with an annual operating budget of over $500 million.

Jim has since created and led several successful small companies, and more recently has handed over the day-to-day reins to his sons to run and manage. He currently owns three companies with a combined total of approximately 80 employees and 30 million annual budget.

Jim was previously the Chairman of the Board of the West Virginia Coal Association and the Family Policy Council of West Virginia. He currently serves on the Boards of BB&T Bank and The Ranch Quick Lube in Morgantown.

Jim is a native of Morgantown West Virginia and has lived there his entire life. He is married with three sons and three grandchildren. His current interests are in serving his communities and his Creator from which he has been blessed, as well as spending time with his family.

Jim is a Mining Engineering graduate of West Virginia University and is a retired status registered professional engineer.


Steven Cutright

Steve is a highly successful businessman and entrepreneur who has owned and operated eleven businesses, both wholly and jointly. In addition, he has provided organizational, financial and technical consulting services to the retail, manufacturing, insurance, construction, mining, finance and real estate industries. The aggregated revenues of his personally owned or operated businesses exceeds $2 billion.

Steve is currently majority owner and President of Operations Management Consultants, LLC and partner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tricerapro Holding, LLC, both West Virginia entities.

Prior to embarking on his numerous entrepreneurial initiatives, Steve spent 22 highly successful years in the Engineering/Construction industry specializing in the design and construction of Minerals Processing facilities, Material Handling systems and Power Generation facilities.

In the fall 2010, Steve joined the faculty of West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics as a Visiting Lecturing Professor in the Management and Entrepreneurship departments. He later joined the College full time as the Founding Director of the BrickStreet Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In 2019, Steve left the University to re-focus on the businesses he owns.

Steve is a Clarksburg, West Virginia native who currently lives in Whitehall, West Virginia. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University and both a Master of Business Administration degree and a graduate studies degree in Forensic Accounting/Fraud Examination from West Virginia University.
